Muffracer : Did you recieve our email this morning with a link to your settings ? Inside the control panel in the 'Quick Links' area is a list of your encoder settings. Dave is right, those settings are not right. Check the control panel to get the correct ones.

This sort of feature is a bit beyond the scope of our radio servers. You may want to look into a separate system for managing your schedule. Some sort of content management system with calendar capabilities would be the best option.

Hi Scorpio. We have been monitoring this and it seems to have been fixed now. The server hasnt gone down since so you should be fine now. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Hi Fring. We have noted this as a feature request for a future upgrade. As it stands you should use some of your php code that interfaces with the stream to detect its live status.

Hi oysterproject. To be honest i wouldnt bother using on demand as its a bit of a waste of bandwidth. You may as well just host the files on your website normally as the download bandwidth isnt used like it is for your radio. Then you can style it how you wish.

The bitrates are different. The intro file is encoded at 128 kbps and you are streaming at 64 kbps. Either stream at 128kbps or re-encode your intro file to 64 kbps and you should be fine.

Problems with intro files are usually related to a difference in the format of the MP3 file. The intro file must be the exact same bitrate / samplerate / channels as your stream otherwise you might have problems. Feel free to upload your mp3 to this thread for us to check if you cant figure it...
