The stream URL that you need to submit to other directories is http://uk7.internet-radio.com:8222/ We would recommend providing the hostname and port rather than the IP and port just in case for some reason we ever need to change your servers IP.

Duplicate Station Airing Simultaneously “MiClassics”(with slight delay)

I think I have fixed this for you. I removed any special characters from the stream title and fully restarted the server and that seemed to work, then I added them back again and gave it another restart and the duplicate is still no longer being displayed. Hopefully this will be okay now but...

Duplicate Station Airing Simultaneously “MiClassics”(with slight delay)

Hi Chill & Hip Hop, That is actually your own stream. If you hover over the media player links on those two listings you will see that one of the listings is using the hotsname and port (http://de1.internet-radio.com:8265/) and the other your servers IP and port instead...

Hi bubois jen, As you are running a Shoutcast server then this will automatically be listed on http://www.shoutcast.com/ provided you have set your servers Authhash settings up and the stream is made public...

What will happen to my radio if my Data transfer is used up before the month is out?

No problem. Your directory listing will only display the one mount point. We don't display each mount point for the different bitrates.

Mount point not working, please help

Okay great, we are glad that you worked out the cause of the bitrate issue. No! Both your base AND remote PC should be connecting on the /live mount point. Any live source should always connect on /live but one live source would have to disconnect before another live source can. So if you...

Mount point not working, please help

Why would you change this to 127kbps? You don't need to change anything, just make sure that your encoder softwares settings are not higher than 128kbps.

You would have received the bitrate exceeded emails to your accounts registered email address. But here is a copy of the recent email: Here is your 'Limits' settings in the control panel:

Mount point not working, please help

I've just corrected this on your 'rock' account for you and renamed /remote back to /stream. Your servers default mount point is /stream. A /live mount points also exists by default but this isn't ever displayed on the mount point list. But /live is the mount that you connect any live sources...

Mount point not working, please help

Your server hasn't been down. You would have only been able to tune into it via http://www.regionradio.live:8082/remote that's all. The /remote mount point still exists on your 'rock' account (unless you are referring to another account?). Also when you rename this back to /stream make sure...

Mount point not working, please help

That shouldn't happen! Icecast servers are designed to move listeners automatically, that is the whole point of them having mount points. Did you try using the fallback file method instead? As before, your start page player and media player links point to your /live mount point. You have...

Mount point not working, please help

We were looking at your 'rock' account as that was the one that we spotted had the /remote mount point set up. Unfortunately you will continue to experience this unless you set up a fallback mount point, such as /autodj. Alternatively you could instead upload a fallback file to your /stream...

Mount point not working, please help

Yes you do have the AutoDJ feature active on your /stream mount point, BUT the feature is actually disabled under your servers 'AutoDJ' settings, you also have no audio files uploaded to the server at all for it to playback and no playlist(s) set up either. ;)...

Mount point not working, please help

Yes we understand that. So by using the AutoDJ as a fallback it would prevent them having to refresh and "also" any gaps of silence.

Mount point not working, please help

As there will always be a gap between switching live sources the best way around this would be to have some files (or a single file) playing on your accounts AutoDJ feature (on the /stream mount). That way there wouldn't be any gaps of silence and the listeners would also get moved automatically...
