I think I have fixed this for you. I removed any special characters from the stream title and fully restarted the server and that seemed to work, then I added them back again and gave it another restart and the duplicate is still no longer being displayed. Hopefully this will be okay now but...

As there will always be a gap between switching live sources the best way around this would be to have some files (or a single file) playing on your accounts AutoDJ feature (on the /stream mount). That way there wouldn't be any gaps of silence and the listeners would also get moved automatically...
