Hi squeek1984.
According to Sam Wiki - ERROR NUMBERS
Error : 200 - requests - Touch OK (not sure what this means).
Its strange you have to change the password. I can see from the logs that you failed to enter the correct password a few times.
I recommend you keep an eye on his and if it...
Basically you need to use an encoder to convert your signal and send it to the server. Heres some explanation to the process :
Internet Radio Software
Essentially most of the software is free and doesn't require a particularly fast computer.
Hi RetroFM
Your genres are set from within your encoder when you broadcast live. If you want to change the genres for your Auto DJ then they are set from within the control panel.
Thanks for your questions. The amount of listeners you will get is very hard to predict and depends on whether your station matches what people are looking for in the directories you are listed on. Many of our clients only broadcast certain times of the week and not 24/7.

There are three main options for running a radio server with us and these are using an Icecast v2 Server or a Shoutcast v1 / Shoutcast v2 server. This thread will discuss some pro's and con's of each.

This depends on what you want. 128kbps is better than 64 kbps and comparable to near cd quality. Mono + Stereo are pretty self explanatory. Obviously you use less bandwidth when you lower the bitrate and choose mono which might be useful when you are on the Pay As You Go payment system.
HI Axl, Thanks for your question. These are created automatically by the control panel we have and the links are availbale to copy and paste into your website.

Very frustrating  eek. We are working with our provider to sort this out asap. Will update when we have some more info. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
Rest assured all radio servers are working normally, its just the directory thats down. :)
HI Dave

Hi MMAunltd
Im not 100% sure how you would enable a call in phone call to be broadcast but a microphone and a pc is the bare minimum for this.
I wonder if any of our other users have managed a live phone call on their radio ?
