Hi Cashpot. This delay is unfortunately fixed and has to do with the buffer on the server itself. The only way to make it more instant with streaming is to stream at a higher bitrate. This fills the buffer quicker and therefore lowers the delay.

We are glad you are getting on better with the second server. Some encoders (like edcast) allow you to stream to multiple servers at the same time. We presume you want to stream the same content to each server ?

Hi John Your Intro file does not match the settings you are using to stream. You are streaming with a sample rate of 44.1khz and the Intro file is 32khz. Fix this and it should work fine. See the attached file comparisons. We use VLC to analyse this.
