Hi Andy. Yes if you would like it to be public and therefore listed on shoutcast.com then you should make it public. This is set from within your encoder that you use to stream your radio. Usually the same area as the Meta-Data (title / genre etc...).

We monitor the servers for latency and packet loss and there haven't been any issues recently. have a read of this FAQ : http://forum.internet-radio.org.uk/faq/18-my-radio-buffering-skipping.html

Hi Simon Yes there would need to be a PC with internet connection running an encoder (doesn't have to be shoutcasts encoder). This then pushes the stream to our radio servers which then broadcasts out to any clients that tune in via the tune in links we provide. Giving a quote of price is...

Welcome to the Forums :) Hopefully some users might answer you on this. We (as always) recomend you ask the PPL / PRS to be sure. Technically it should be possible to use the BAN / VIP lists in the admin section to add / deny IP's / ranges but this is probably a hefty task to keep on top...

Hi Shad We have done some testing and yes you are right there is a conflict there. Our suggestion would be to load the second up in an iframe as this would be a separate page and not cause the conflict.

In the bottom right of the control panel are 4 playlist icons to tune in. Click second mouse button on these and 'Save target as'. This will give you the playlists. To log in to the server administration use 'admin' as the username and the same control panel password.

We recommend you start off on our Pay as you go service. You can them change to our monthly service later if you need it. The Pay as you go service starts off with a £5 bandwidth payment.
