Ahh yes we see now :) You should obviously try and make the connection times close to each other but the listeners wont get kicked if you disconnect. In the settings under advanced is "Disconnect listeners if source disconnects" which is set to No by default. Hope this helps.

The current control panel infrastructure doesn't allow us to refresh on the change of a song unfortunately. We have met you half way and lowered the refresh to 30 seconds instead of 60 :) Let us know if this works any better for you ?

Do you mean the code snippet refresh rate ? If so we cant change the refresh rate because of the load on the servers. Once per minute should be enough surely ?

We have performed a manual reset on the server and it appears to have fixed the issue with the screenshot. If you could let us know if this has worked out ? The internal server error / ftp issues appears to be related to remote backups happening at the same time. They happen early hours...

Thats very strange that Nicecast is having problems connecting. Are you running the latest version ? Even if Nicecast was having trouble connecting once it is connected the listeners should be fine to tune in. Keep and eye on it and let us know how you get on.
