Only if listeners are connected to the AutoDJ will this then use up your bandwidth allowance. Streaming the AutoDJ 24/7 on its own does not use up bandwidth. :)

Its hard to say. It really depends on how many radio server instances you want to run, how many listeners you want to have and what bitrate you are planning to use. :)
