Only with Icecast servers. Listeners get autotransferred to the /live mountpoint when a DJ connects overriding the AutoDJ stream. Shoutcast servers need to have the AutoDJ source de-activated manually before a live DJ can connect. :)

There is a bit of a delay between what is actually playing and what is shown on your startpage. We hope to improve this information in the near future. This information is however displayed in real-time when tuned in with the various media players.

Yes, we checked the account 'elecradio' as stated in your original post. Its worth us mentioning that there is a delay between the startpage showing up on the website after a server has been started, this is most likely the case here. :)

We can do this for you, but to be honest it would probaly be easier just to set up a new Shoutcast account yourself and then cancel your current Icecast account. :)

Unfortunately we are not familair with VOIP services so we are unable to assist you with this. Commonly other users tend to use Skype for such purposes. Hopefully some other users may be familiar with VOIP and can advise you on this. :)
