Yes we can see what you mean. We have tried adding that German IP again to the ban list (88.99.58.156) and also restarting the server and that still did not work? Very odd as it's never been a problem before? Leave this with us and we shall investigate this some more and see what is going on.

Hi Vendetta, Yes kicking an IP only kicks them from the stream, you need to fully ban them in order to prevent them from reconnecting in future. We can see that you have one IP on your 'Ban List' in the SCv2 admin area. There should be no reason why this is not working for you.
