    Icecast server details update?

When you are using the Auto DJ those settings will be used for the stream info. If you are streaming live from your computer then those details are defined in the meta-data or yellow pages) area of your encoder. Try restarting the server for the Auto DJ info to take effect.

    Relay from Windows Media Server

We are not sure this is possible. From reading a few threads in other forums it seems most people relay by tuning into their stream with wimamp and then re-broadcasting to the MMS server : http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?t=260031#2 Not the best method but it seems this is the only way...

    Radio Hosting

You will need to sign up to our Auto DJ service once you have a server with us. This will allow you to manage your mp3's online and adjust your show. You can pay a flat monthly fee in the form of a subscription. You will need to decide what bitrate you want to stream at and the listener...

    Pay as you go

There is no requirement to buy bandwidth each month. For example you could buy 10 GB and then spend 2 GB a month for 5 months if you liked.

    Pay as you go

Yes. The bandwidth rolls over between months. The only reason your bandwidth might be lost would be if you were not to login or use the radio for over 4 months. We do notify you when this limit is coming up by email.

    Changing Genre

Your genre is set from within your encoder. Depending on the encoder there are settings where you define your stream title etc... Usually called meta-data or yellow pages. This is where you set your genre. You may need to reconnect to the stream for the changes to take effect.

Frequent breaks in receiving streaming radio

Your internet connection is definitely fast enough but it could be unreliable as there might be 'packet loss' which can cause these breaks. Firstly try resetting your router and make sure there are no other programs (like torrents etc..) running in the background on your network. If all else...

    Listener count

The listener count displayed in the control panel after the source had been disconnected from the server wont affect your bandwidth balance. The bandwidth balance is calculated directly from the servers log files. The listener number is a control panel "feature" that should be fixed in the next...

Welcome to Internet Radio The windows media encoder only works with windows streaming servers as far as we know. You need to use a program like Edcast : http://forum.internet-radio.org.uk/guides/62-configuring-edcast-shoutcast-servers.html

    one remote stream, two broadcast

We cant do this automatically for you. The service is called stream transcoding but unfortunately we dont offer this. If you use the Edcast encoder to stream then you could just setup a second stream to a second server in ogg format as well as your mp3. Hope this helps.
