Love your enthusiasm, but at 15 I doubt you have got the capital it takes to run and promote a successful station, maybe get on board another one for more experience, there are always stations looking for people like you to help.

What time scale are you looking at to get to licensing? Where will the station be based? Are you looking to run for profit? Will the station be internet based? (As you mention FM and Digital licence) What countries are you covering? Will these positions be paid from the start or eventually...
