Stream Start Page

I seem to be posting a lot of questions here so firstly my apologies for being such a fail!!

I was just wondering, is there a way to make your stream start page look better? I mean its ok but just looks very very basic! It would be good if I could add my own images etc etc and maybe jazz up the font a little. I have had a look but cant see any way to do this.

You can achieve all that is on the start page with the code snippets. You can then host it inside your own website and have full control of the style / layout.
