Radio license

Hi all looking into setting up a total unsigned station would anyone know if I would require a license for this it would be online .

Generally no you would not need a license if the artists are unsigned and you have permission from the copyright owner to play their material.

Thankyou for that so basically I can just set up a online station and go for it then am I correct in thinking that ?

No problem at all. Yeah go for it, but just make sure that you have full permission first before you play the tracks from these artists.
