Mountpoints and overriding AutoDj

Hello,

I am a shoutcast 2 user and would like to override centova autoDJ when i start SAM broadcaster on the same port.. the port the player on my site listens to. Can this be done? OR .. is it possible to make the player listen to a second stream at the same time?

Hi Radio Sodra,

When you override the AutoDJ feature on a Shoutcast v2 server with a live stream you do have to connect on a different port (as can be seen under your quick links 'Live Source Connection' settings. However as long as your player is pointing to your servers default hostname and port number the listeners will get moved between the stream mount points automatically anyway, so this wouldn't make any difference.
