Listener not showing up in report

I have a listener from France who has been continuously listening for 2 days and 6 hours so he would be my top listener. Yet his ISP doesn't show up in the listener stats. What does this mean? Should I be blocking him and if so how do I do that?

Hi,

Yes I can see this listener, I can also see their IP of 37.71.242.81 in the listener stats so I'm not sure why you cannot see this? They are tuned in via Mozilla rather than with a stream ripper so it's hard to say for sure but that is an unusual length of time to be connected for.

You can either kick the IP in your servers 'admin' section and see what happens or you can ask us to block this for you if you wish.
