Intro file wont load??

Hi guys im havingb trouble uploading my station intro file. could thid be because im broadcasting in Media Type : audio/aacp to save bandwidth ?and if so can it be sorted so it can be played out before the stations plays on media players.

Sneaky add.. Trance FX Radio does what it says on the tin !

Hi DJD,

Please can you drop us an email including the intro file and we'll take a look for you. But yes if the intro file is in in the Mp3 format and you are streaming in AAC then this is the issue. The intro file needs to be configured exactly the same as your stream, so the same format, bitrate, samplerate and number of channels.
