Echo through my headset

Does anyone know how to get rid of echo in sam broadcaster 4
It's like I'm walking through a tunnel and turn mike up
If any one know how to get rid of echo in my headset be appreciated
And turn the Mike up abit if anyone can help me I will appreciate it

Hear yourself echo through Headset or Listeners hear the Echo ???
If you hear yourself through Headset then you don't have it set up correct I'm afraid.
