cancel my radio is online

I already sent about 2 messages and my radio has not been canceled since Tuesday 8 and is still online and charged me something that I no longer wanted

Strangely we still never received any email from you about this?

We have no reason to conveniently "loose" such emails. But yes Grimzey has now brought this to our attention and we are currently looking at the issue with the contact form, we can see the problem now and we are working on a fix.

We've have cancelled your monthly subscription for you and your account will expire on the 18th November.
