song title display

Wondering why a random track from another playlist would play in the middle of a scheduled show - thereby disrupting the intended flow of the music mix.. When the random track played, it didn't display the track title or the playlist title... Personal Favorites Internet Radio...

This may have started when the server rebooted, but I have noticed Extra Text in the song titles.. See examples.. Is this happening to anyone else? Previously..
